A native Californian, Valerie was born and raised in Pasadena. Her family’s frequent visits to the Coachella Valley resulted in an easy and natural transition when she made La Quinta her home, where she lives with her husband. Together they have bought, sold, and managed many rental homes and have also had experience in 1031 Exchanges. Valerie is proud to be associated with Bennion Deville Homes. In addition to her passion for real estate, Valerie has long been involved with philanthropic efforts - from acting as the Co-Chair of the first-ever Cattle Baron’s Ball in Southern California raising thousands of dollars for The American Cancer Society, to leadership positions on various Boards, including the Annual Gala for the Ronald McDonald House.
